Celeste Culberth has extensive experience assisting parties to mediate their disputes to a successful settlement. She is qualified under Rule 114 as both mediator and arbitrator. She approaches barriers with creativity, common sense and kindness. Her facilitative approach in mediation empowers participants to make their own decisions on the outcome of their case.
